Matt Boyle
President
With over 25 years of experience in contract office, educational, and hospitality furniture, Matt has held key sales and management roles at Kimball Office and Falcon Products. He later expanded KMA & Associates into Eastern PA before founding Facility & Design Resource in 2005.
Matt enjoys the great outdoors outside of work—whether on the soccer field, golfing, hiking, or walking his dog, Scout. He’s grateful for the support of his patient and understanding wife, Holly, and their two sons, Reilly and Brendan.
Patrick Crawford
Associate
With over a decade of experience in contract furniture, Patrick has held key roles in sales, operations, and management at Compel Office. Originally from Chicago, he relocated to Philadelphia in 2014, bringing his expertise and passion for creating functional, well-designed spaces.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys hitting the golf course, exploring hiking trails, and catching live music at Philly’s top venues. He also loves spending time in the neighborhood with his wife, Sarah, and their two dogs, Gus and Greta.
Jeremiah Belocura
A&D Representative
With a strong background in interior design, Jeremiah brings invaluable expertise to our team. He plays a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the A&D community while also managing key dealer and end-user relationships.
Jeremiah’s dedication to excellence, innovative approach, and collaborative mindset make him a vital asset to our team and a trusted resource for our partners.
Susan Firsich
Office Manager + Inside Support
With over 20 years of experience in contract furniture, Susan brings a wealth of expertise in facilities project management and design/account management at the dealer level. Since joining FDR, in 2010, has been a key part of our operations, ensuring seamless support for clients and the team.
Susan enjoys traveling with her husband, Michael, and spending quality time with their beloved dogs outside of work.
